Policy Brief #6 Towards an Intersectional Approach to Crisis Management. Analysis of the Impact of the Pandemic on Afro-descendent Youth in the Colombian Pacific
This policy paper shows how vulnerabilities have been deepened for the Afro-Colombian population in the context of a pandemic, also characterized by a resurgence of violence. Faced with this situation, the communities themselves had to propose solutions to the truncation of their life projects. A differential approach in crisis management needs to be prioritized.
