Towards converging multilateralism in Latin America during pandemic times.
The covid-19 pandemic broke out in the midst of an international (dis)order. Unfortunately, in Latin America there was no concerted action in response to the threats of the pandemic. These threats highlight the need to renew or give impetus to another style of multilateral, collaborative governance that involves the participation of different levels within it, as well as different types of actors. A 3M governance: multilateral, multilevel and multistakeholder.
