Policy Brief #2 The Effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Migrants and Women Domestic Workers in Mexico.

The lack of capacities of the Mexican State caused the disintegration of policies, instruments, and local citizen initiatives that emerged to deal with the pandemic. The State must respond to the crisis caused by the pandemic through the collective construction of inter-institutional responses that prioritize the rights of the most vulnerable.
