Based on the evidence and learnings from the “Colabora.Lat: Towards a New Model of Governance after Covid-19” project, this document presents, to decision-makers, a series of policy recommendations to promote Collaborative Governance. It is a guide to implement collaborative models of public management that promote the feasibility, effectiveness and legitimacy of public policies.
